Graham Edwards is the chief executive officer of Telereal Trillium Ltd. This is an investment and commercial property management firm. Its headquarters are located in central London. The B Pears Trust and William Pears Group EBIT are the ordinary shareholders of the company. The William Pears Group and the William Pears Group EBIT are the preference shareholders. Telereal Trillium acquired a contract for managing buildings which was worth £3.2 billion. These included buildings such as centers for jobs for the Department for Work and Pensions. Property used by the DVLA was also managed by Telereal Trillium Ltd. Telereal Trillium Ltd was launched in 2001, and Graham Edwards has been chief executive officer ever since. Graham was the driving force behind a £2.4bn property outsourcing deal. This deal led to 6,700 properties to be handed over from BT to Telereal. Also, Graham was on the forefront in the negotiations where Trillium was acquired from Land Securities Group Plc in 2009.For this reason, Telereal Trillium was established as a leading investment and outsourcing company of property in the market. A combined business was created and a revenue of over £1 billion being recorded annually. Graham was CEO of Talisman Global Asset Management before joining Telereal Trillium. Graham established Talisman Global Asset Management as the Pears FSA registered asset management arm. Today Talisman has assets under management valued over £1bn.
Graham Edwards also served as a manager of funds at Merrill Lynch Investment Management. He was also the finance head of the property department for BT Group Plc. Graham majored in economics at the University of Cambridge. He is also an active member of various investment and property management institutes.
