Tony Petrello’s Estimable Proficiency

Anthony Petrello is the president of Nabors Company. He is also the Chief executive officer of the company as well as the chairman of the board. He has an important academic education that plays a significant role in his capabilities in modern days. He attended the University of Yale where he graduated with an M.S as well as a B.S in mathematics. He also attended Harvard law school and graduated with a J.D. degree. Having gained vast experience in all the companies he helped, as well as his unmatched academic qualification, Anthony is one of the senior-most individuals in the world. Global Comparative Law Expert and Award Winning Scholar; Prof. Sujit Choudhry

Comparative law is the study of international legal systems as applied in various countries in the world. It involves the study of combined fields such as canon law, religious law, civil law, common law, socialist law, and the Chinese law. It is a comprehensive analysis of international systems. The comparative law dates back to the 18th century where laws related to the principles of governing, constitutional liberty; the people’s religion, their inclinations, customs and their local trade.

Prof. Choudhry studies involve international comparative law, and constitutional planning as an administrative means for the transition from vicious conflicts to self-governing diplomatic politics. He also deals with lawful proposals in ethnically divided societies to adopt devolution, federalism, and secession; with the inclusion of legal leadership complete with legitimate courts, official language policy, and equal human rights. He assists conflicted countries to change over from tyrannical rule to independent governments. Prof.Choudhry has widely written on the Canadian law. He has published books, thesis, reports, articles, and academic papers. His published works include;

Prior to his Berkley engagement, Choudhry lectured law at the Cecelia Goetz NYU law School, and at Toronto University. In 2010, he was honored with the Trudeau Fellowship award. He was a legal aid Board of Directors in Ontario, and a records counsel for the Canadian Supreme Court. Sujit Choudhry – An Inspiration and a Mentor to His Law Students

International partnerships among different countries are simply not possible until the legal roadblocks are dealt with. It is where the importance of comparative law comes in. It is one of the most important laws of modern times, which enables to see the differences and similarities between different legal systems that exist in the world today. It is important for the world to form a more unifying legal system that doesn’t act as a roadblock but instead, helps the countries to work with each other in peace for a better tomorrow. When it comes to comparative law, one name that is strongly associated with it is that of Sujit Choudhry. He currently teaches at the UC Berkeley School of Law.  Sujit Choudhry was the first Indian to be named the dean of any top Law School. Sujit was appointed the dean of the UC Berkeley School of Law from 2014 till the end of 2016. He left the post in 2016 to concentrate more on teaching the students. Sujit was born in 1970 in New Delhi, India, but he moved abroad with his parents and attended high school at the University Of Toronto Schools. Sujit Choudhry completed his graduation from McGill University and then went on to obtain a degree in Law from the University of Oxford. Sujit Choudhry had a modest start to his career and was a law clerk in the Supreme Court of Canada. But, he wanted to be a professor and joined the University of Toronto as a profession in the year 1999. But, it wasn’t until 2004 that he was granted tenure and named the School Chair.  According to crunchbase.com, Sujit Choudhry was also a visiting facility at many other organizations such as the Management and Evaluation in the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Health Policy and the Department of Political Science in the Faculty of Arts and Science.
